How PawRent works

A simple journey from adding a renter to approving a draft invoice. The owner stays in control at every stage.

1. Add your renter

Add their name and optional contact details. Choose to manage their records yourself or invite them to connect an account.

2. Set their Rental Terms

Agree the rent arrangement, recording method and start date. Weekly fixed components start on a Monday. Percentage-only terms can change on an exact date.

3. Record the work

Your renter records and submits their work, or you enter it for them. Daily takings do not require invented dog counts or customer details.

4. Check anything needing attention

Resolve missing expected days and any corrections. You can view past work as well as current periods.

5. See what they owe

Review the rental calculation against the recorded work and the terms that applied on each date. Weekly and monthly fixed rent is not waived simply because no work was recorded.

6. Create and approve the draft

Create a draft when the period is ready, check the total and approve it. Issuing and sending invoices will come later; the current preview stops at approved drafts.

Less admin. Clearer table rent.
