No. Owners can add renters without email or accounts and record their work. You can invite them later without creating a second renter or losing their history.

Yes. Connected renters can switch between salons they belong to. Salon records stay separate.

Fixed rent, percentage rent, fixed plus percentage and a minimum guarantee. Fixed and minimum amounts have an explicit per-day-worked, weekly or monthly basis.

Yes. Owners can record work for managed or connected renters using the same records and rent calculation process.

No. Weekly and monthly fixed rent remains due for the rental period regardless of recorded work. Explicit rent-free periods are not available yet.

A new version with a weekly fixed component must start on a Monday. Percentage-only terms may start on any valid date.

The draft calculation follows the configured salon VAT registration and rate. Net-of-VAT percentage terms have their own explicit rate. Your accountant should confirm the correct settings for your circumstances.

Not yet. The preview creates and approves internal draft invoices only. Invoice numbers, PDFs, email sending and payments are not available.

No. It uses only the figures you enter in your browser. It does not read or save salon work, Rental Terms or invoice records.

No. They are the operational settings for calculating rent. Arrange your legal agreement separately and obtain professional advice where needed.
