Fixed weekly and monthly grooming table rent

Fixed rent gives both parties a known rental charge for an agreed period. The amount, charging period and what access includes should be clear.

Weekly rent: agree the rental week

For example, £100 per week means £100 for the rental week, not £100 only if grooming work happens. PawRent weekly fixed components run Monday to Sunday, and new terms with a weekly fixed component must start on a Monday.

Monthly rent is a different basis

An illustrative £400 per month is a monthly charge, not four weekly charges. Months and weeks are not interchangeable. Record the monthly basis explicitly and agree how start and end dates are handled.

Holidays are not automatically rent-free

Weekly and monthly fixed rent remains due even when no work is recorded. PawRent does not yet offer explicit rental holidays or rent-free periods. Do not delete work or assume a missing submission waives rent. Discuss any waiver separately before relying on it.

Daily rent is different again

PawRent’s per-day-worked basis charges according to worked days. Do not confuse this with weekly rent collected in daily instalments. The charging basis and invoice frequency are separate choices.

Consider fixed plus percentage

A supported arrangement can combine a fixed component with a percentage of takings. For an example week, £50 fixed plus 20% of £500 takings produces £150 before any VAT. A weekly fixed component still needs a Monday start.
